All Legitimate Defiance orders are gift wrapped in our signature packaging and shipped securely in a cardboard box. All packaging and shipping materials are plastic free and 100% sustainable.
Standard Shipping: 6 working days - complimentary
Express Shipping: average delivery time: 1-3 working days - £25.00
(Shipping options do not influence the 6 week production lead time.)

Each product is individually made to client specifications therefore our products are not included within distance selling laws. We will however happily review each case if any client is not happy with their items.
Please note that if the products appear to have any manufacturing faults or are received in a non satisfactory condition please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
(please inspect shipping packaging before accepting from courier. If you believe the item has been tampered with you have the right to refuse the item).
